Our dog nipped a nail too close during his last trim and this had the bleeding stopped before I could even grab a paper towel. The little 1/2oz jar is plenty for home use and the cap keeps it from spilling in the kit.
The powder is fine enough that it really sinks into the quick when you press it on, and the bleeding stopped within seconds. My cat didn’t even flinch as much as I expected during nail trims this time. This little jar will last forever for such a common household need.
Clipped my dog’s nail too close last night and this powder stopped the bleeding in seconds, way faster than the cornstarch I used to try. The half-ounce bottle is small but a little goes a long way, so it should last ages.
