The 440C steel holds an edge noticeably longer than my old shears, which is exactly what I needed for daily chunking. The 23 teeth cut through thick sections cleanly, and the CNC tolerance makes every snag-free cut feel surgical — honestly, these are the lightest pair I've picked up in years.
