My dog used to scratch at his ears constantly, and after a week of using this the scratching basically stopped. The herbal scent is light and doesn't linger, and it cleared out the wax build-up way better than the wipes I was using before.
The herbal scent is pretty strong right out of the bottle, which took my dog a minute to get used to. It does seem to cut through wax buildup after a few uses, though I'm not sure it works any better than the cheaper stuff I've bought before.
