My pup’s summer cut finally looks professionally done—this blade takes the coat down to that smooth 1/100th inch finish without any tugging or irritation. Definitely the closest shave I’ve gotten from any blade in this price range.
This cuts so close it feels like I barely need to follow up with a finishing blade. I ran it over my doodle’s legs and the coat came out crazy smooth, just that 1/100th of an inch length I wanted for the summer. Definitely my new go-to for short clips.
It’s wild how close this gets—my dogs basically look bald at 1/100th of an inch, but that’s exactly what I wanted for summer. The blade glides nicely and hasn’t snagged on mats yet, which is more than I can say for my old one.
