GSH Diamond 7in 45 Tooth Thinner

The VG10 steel holds a good edge through a full week of prep, and the full convex grind glides through onions without wedging. Only gripe is the handle's a touch slick when my hands are wet, but a quick wipe fixes that. Solid 7-inch thinner for the price.
